Privacy Policy
How Mirra ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 6 July 2026
This policy applies to mirra.page and the Mirra service. We are the “data controller” for the personal data described here, as defined by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Mirra is a product operated by Mirra Tech LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17358343), with its registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under ZC209668. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@mirra.page.
The data we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email address, company name, and login credentials when you sign up or contact us.
- Billing data: billing name, address, and transaction records. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Site data: the URLs and public content of websites you ask us to convert, plus performance metrics we generate for them.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Communications: messages you send us by email or through the chat widget.
How and why we use it
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to create and run your account, deliver the service, and provide support.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, maintain, and improve our service, to understand how it is used, and to communicate with you about it, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for non-essential cookies and marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: to meet accounting, tax, and other legal requirements.
Sharing your data
We share data with service providers who help us operate, hosting and edge infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. Each acts under a contract that requires them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Some providers are located outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to keep it protected to UK standards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for as long as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@mirra.page. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we ask you to contact us first so we can help.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and we will notify you where required.
